Vsls may call HK for bunkering only, except those vsls called High-Risk places (as specified in Group A by HK Government subject to change without prior notice) during the 21 days prior to arrival in HK. These are some of the places as specified in Group A, including but not limited to Australia, Bangladesh, Cambodia, Canada, India, Indonesia, Japan, Korea, Malaysia, Pakistan, Philippines, Sri Lanka, Russia, Thailand, UAE & USA.
