Effective from 01 Sep, 2008, we will need the following for the customs clearance in Russia Far East :
1. Vessel's Registry Certificate
2. Vessel's bunker tanks capacity - stamped by the vessel.
3. Voyage instruction - stamped by the vessel.
4. Bunker consumption estimate - stamped by the vessel.
5. Note for bunkers
You can send the above docs to us or forward to the agent and instruct him to re-send them to us.
We need to get these docs before the vessel's arrival to issue customs declaration.
Otherwise, we will have to do it with the Master upon vessel's arrival which can delay bunkering.
And, the customs offices do not open during weekend.
