| CUSTOMS' NEW REGULATION ON BUNKER SUPPLY IN VIETNAM |

Good day !
On 10 June 2014 Vietnam's Customs issued new regulation on supply of tax-free bunker in Vietnam. Now we can supply bunker at mains ports in Vietnam as before.
In order to supply tax-free bunker we need to follows below steps:
1. Ship must sail abroad after bunkering at Vietnam port.
2. Before doing customs formality at bunker terminal, ship's agent must send 1 guarantee letter to trader/physical supplier , stating clearly ship next port after Vietnam.
3. Physical supplier will do customs formality and take bunker onto barge/truck.
4. Bunker can be pumped to ship only after customs receiving copy Port Clearance from ship agent.
So, in this case, we can take bunker in advance after ship's next port is confirmed, but we can only supply on sailing date.
