ATION IS CHARGED AT USD 4 PMT AND A MINIMUM CHARGE OF 200 MTS PER BARGE. MDO IS SUPPLIED

WITH IFO WHILE MGO IS SUPPLIED BY SEPARATE BARGE.



3.BUYER SHALL PAY SELLER¡¯S INVOICE WITHIN DUE DATE IRRESPECTIVE OF WHETHER SELLER HAS PR

OVIDED COPY OF THE BUNKER RECEIPT.



4.BUYER MUST CONFIRM EXACT QUANTITY UPON NOMINATION. REDUCTION ON QUANTITY BY THE BU

YER IS SUBJECT TO PENALTY CHARGE AT USD 5 PMT AND CANCELLATION AFTER NOMINATION FOR WH

ATSOEVER REASONS WILL BE SUBJECT TO PENALTY CHARGE OF USD 1,000 LUMPSUM.



5.DELIVERY QUANTITY SHALL BE DETERMINED BY SHORE TANK MEASUREMENT. NEITHER BUNKER BARG

E¡¯S NOR VESSEL¡¯S MEASUREMENT SHALL HAVE ANY REGARD FOR QUANTITY DETERMINATION.



6.DELIVERIES ARE TO BE MADE ON BEST ENDEAVOUR BASIS.



7.MINIMUM 5 WORKING DAYS NOTICE IS REQUIRED. FRIDAY AND SATURDAY ARE WEEKEND IN BANGLA

DESH.


8.DELIVERY AT OUTER ANCHORAGE IS SUBJECT TO WEATHER PERMITTING. IN THE EVENT THAT VESS

EL FAILS TO SHIFT TO INNER PORT AREA FOR WHATSOEVER REASONS WHILE SUPPLIER IS UNABLE TO

SUPPLY AT OUTER ANCHORAGE, THE ORDER WILL BE CONSIDERED AS CANCELLED BY THE BUYER AND

PENALTY CHARGE SHALL APPLY AS PER CLAUSE 3.



9.DELIVERY PROCEDURE CHARACTERISTICS CHIEF ENGINEER WILL BE INVITED TO

-BE PRESENT AT THE OIL TERMINAL TO CHECK THE PRODUCT QUALITY AND TO CONFIRM ACCEPTANC

E OF IT BEFORE BARGE COMMENCES LOADING.

-CHECK THE SHORE TANK MEASUREMENT AND BUNKER BARGE CONDITIONS BEFORE AND AFTER LOADIN

G AND TO VERIFY SHORE TANK MEASUREMENT.

-SIGN ALL DELIVERY DOCUMENTS AT THE OIL TERMINAL AFTER VERIFICATION OF SHORE TANK MEASU

REMENT AND CONDITIONS OF BUNKER BARGE.

-REMAIN PRESENT AT ALL TIME DURING LOADING AND REMAIN ONBOARD THE BUNKER BARGE AFTER L

OADING UNTIL DELIVERY COMPLETES.

-CHECK AND CONFIRM THE BUNKER BARGE TANKS ARE DRY AFTER DELIVERY.

THE LOCAL AGENT MAY BE ASKED TO ACKNOWLEDGE THESE PROCEDURES AS PART OF THE BUNKERIN

G PRECEDURE OF BPC.


10.NO WARRANTY FOR MARPOL ANNEX VI COMPLIANCE.


11.LOCAL SUPPLIER¡¯S TERMS AND CONDITIONS SHALL PREVAIL WHERE AND TO THE EXTENT OF ANY I
